29-Jan-2018 – 21p – £119.5m – PER 12.6

Trading Update For The 12 Months To End December 2017 – In-line and trading in the current year to date has been strong.

Held previously and sold out at break-even. I’m not 100% sure why I got out here, going to put it on my Watchlist at 18p and revisit.

Subsequently revised Watchlist price, 16p.

4-Sep-2018 – 21.15p – £126.5m – PER 12.3

Results For The 6 Months To End June 2018 – Revenue up 33%, PBT down -4%, Diluted EPS down -25%, the Interim Dividend is up 19%. Net Debt is up 50%+ to almost £20m. This is all in-line with managements expectations, entering H2 with confidence.

Slightly confused by this update, perhaps it’s just early in the morning – I am Neutral for now.

30-Jan-2019 – 17p – £122m – PER 9.7

Trading Update For The 12 Months To End December 2018 – Expects Revenue to be up 21%, Adjusted PBT to be up 22%, Net Debt to be £24m, the Order Book stands at £53m (£39m last year (up 36%)). Strong trading last year has continued into 2019.

This looks interesting again (having been a holder previously), will keep an eye out for Broker notes here today.

27-Mar-2019 – 17.4p – £124m – PER 9.9

Results For The 12 Months To End December 2018 – Revenue up 24%, PBT up 40%, Adjusted Diluted EPS up 25%, FY Dividend up 18% and the Order Book is also up 36%. Net Debt up from £14.79m to £23.54m.

Still looks interesting apart from that Net Debt – Will keep an eye out for updated Broker notes.
