23-Jul-2018 – 66.5p – £32.2m – PER 21.5

Statement Regarding Recent Share Price Movement – Trading in-line.

Just commenting here for the first time as the referred to share price movement meant this popped up on my Standard Tech Screen for the first time this weekend. If trading is in-line with the broker notes I have read even after the 50% move last week this looks like decent value. May well take a position here this week.

1-Aug-2018 – 55p – £26.6m – PER 17.6

Unaudited Results For The 6 Months To End June 2018 – Revenue up 18% (CC) to £5.1m with EBITDA of -£492k, down £97k from H1 2017 (despite additional £383k of corporate costs following demerger and IPO in August 2017).

I hold here (just bought recently after it showed up on my Standard Tech Screen) and although these results seem OK I was expecting more based on forecasts – Will have to observe the market reaction here this morning.

16-Jan-2019 – 34p – £16.5m – PER n/a

Trading Update For The 12 Months To End December 2018 – Revenue up 20%, Cash £2.5m (both ahead of expectations) and EBITDA in-line (actual Profit?).

I remain Long here and will wait to see actuals – Was unable to sell out in an illiquid market, now paying the price!

5-Mar-2019 – 32.5p – £15.7m – PER n/a

Results For The 12 Months To End December 2018 – Revenue up 19% (recurring up from 86% to 87%), Loss down from -£2.11m to -£1.2m. Expecting further growth in 2019.

Still a share I remain Long in (a really stuipid purchase). Was unable to sell out here at a decent price in an illiquid market, still paying the price (as it was at a better price than today)!

1-May-2019 – 29.5p – £14.3m – PER n/a

AGM Trading Update – Q1 in-line, FY unchanged.

I have not much more to say that I did last time here – “Still a share I remain Long in (a really stuipid purchase). Was unable to sell out here at a decent price in an illiquid market, still paying the price (as it was at a better price than today)!”.

23-Jul-2019 – 38p – £18m – PER n/a

Results For The 6 Months To End June 2019 – Revenue up 18%, losses being reduced. Expects FY Revenue to be ahead of market expectations.

I finally sold out here last month and would need to see signs of a profit this time before considering buying back in.  Based on the latest Broker note this morning, 2019E and 2020E EPS are both forecast as negative (-0.9p and -0.5p), as is PBT – So no signs of a profit just yet.
